To be eligible for a return, please ensure that: The item was purchased directly from BuyNet Medical (via our website, WhatsApp, or authorized representative).

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery. The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product is not among the non-returnable categories listed below.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Sterile medical consumables (e.g., catheters, syringes, guidewires, gloves, etc.).

Products that have been opened or used. Items not in their original packaging or with tampered seals. Customized or special-order items.

 

 

 

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging and your order number. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
